PWM (plus width modulator) Controller:

This PWM will produce a true 30Amps continuous power output
for your HHO cell

Your HHO Cell will run cooler and make more mono atomic hydrogen which has greater ability to increase fuel mileage.
The MX66 Pulse Width Modulator has two Next Generation IRF3105 HEXXFET output Transistors rated at over 100 Amps each. If your cell draws around 30A or less this PWM is right for your needs.

40mm 4,800 RPM ball bearing cooling fan to each unit to increase the power handling.
The fan is mounted with two screws for a totally secure mounting system.
Some others are using tape strips or even glue which is not a good idea on a hot heat sink
