This 2 Pack purchase consists of all the components needed to construct an HHO Fuel Cell & an Additional Fuel Cell to create a series application (as described  in the Water4Gas fuel cell instruction manual*)  It also includes all of the extra components needed to install it in your vehicle.  On top of that - we recognize the need not to overload a “key on” circuit; therefore we have added a relay that will not overload the system.  Our kit includes enough  wire and all of the  terminals and connectors to eliminate multiple splices.
